More than 50 hosts and hospitality professionals descended on the incredible Clocktower of St Pancras station to attend the Mini Festival of Hosting.
Celebrating all aspects of hosting, the event was an unofficial warm-up for Airbnb’s own festivities in November, with contributions from a few well-known faces from all over the world.
At the event, our CEO Henry unveiled a suite of new tools designed to help you make money by selling the services you already offer.
Late checkouts, lifts to-and-from transport hubs, mid-stay cleaning – you can add your own services and packages, which guests can book and pay for via the tablet. Find out more about our new features via the button below.

Airbnb’s own Chip Conley has described Interior Designer and Host Educator Katia Blanchard’s blog as his favourite destination for interior design tips. Travelling in from Paris to attend, Katia (who you might remember from last year’s Airbnb Open) ran a workshop, imparting knowledge from her years of staging short-stay properties.
Marc Figueras, CEO of Keynest, his company’s plans to solve the stress of remote check-ins with a network of cafes and venues where guests can pick up a key to your place.
Take a look at Marc’s talk here:
Evelyn Badia (creator of The Hosting Journey Facebook Group) and Jim Breese (founder of learnairbnb.com) both shared their own tips via videos.
